Statement From the Five Big East Presidents

We do not believe any ACC review can be fair and complete without direct discussions with the Big East and a thorough review of the serious damage that could be done to both of our conferences and intercollegiate athletics nationwide. We remain confident in the strength of our legal position, and we will continue to pursue our legal options vigorously. In light of today's announcement by the ACC staff, we today renew our request, first made seven days ago, to meet personally with the presidents of the ACC universities to discuss these important issues.
