MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University track team will travel to Knoxville, Tenn., for the 37th annual Sea Ray Relays on Wednesday, April 9 through Saturday, April 12.
The four-day meet is being hosted by Tennessee at the Tom Black Track, with 114 teams and over 1,500 athletes expected to compete.
The multi-event competitions will begin on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m., and Thursday at 2:30 p.m. Track and field events will begin on Friday at 9 a.m., and Saturday at 9:15 a.m.
"We're hoping to catch a break with the weather because the kids are really in good shape to have a great outdoor meet," said head coach Jeff Huntoon. "This is really the first time we are going to be able to get the relays together and hopefully we will come home with some NCAA regional qualifiers."
Complete results will be available at the official Tennessee website, www.utsports.com.
