Gymnmastics: WVU Set For EAGL Opener

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University gymnastics team (5-2) travels to Maryland (3-6) for its EAGL opener on Friday, Feb. 14, at 7 p.m.
The Mountaineers enter the meet having split with Michigan and Kent State last weekend in Ann Arbor. West Virginia used a season-high 195.225 to defeat Kent State for the second time this season, but fell to the Wolverines who tallied a 195.4.
West Virginia leads the all-time series with the Terrapins by a 19-10 margin.
WVU returns home on Sunday, Feb. 16, when they host Penn State and EAGL foe Rutgers at 2 p.m. in the WVU Coliseum.
