Freshman running back Erick Phillips will miss the remainder of the 2003 season due to a knee injury suffered in practice before the Boston College game. Erick appeared in six games, carrying the ball 18 times for 65 yards.
He will have surgery on his knee Wednesday, Nov. 19.
