Women's Basketball: Holbrook Out Indefinitely

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University women's basketball forward Liz Holbrook will miss the Villanova basketball game this Saturday after suffering a severe high right ankle sprain in the Mountaineers' 66-59 loss to Notre Dame on Wednesday.
The sophomore transfer from Clemson and Oxford, Mich., native is listed as out indefinitely and her return date is uncertain.
Holbrook, the first player off the Mountaineer bench, is fourth on the squad in scoring with 10.8 points-per-game and second with at a 6.1 boards per-contest clip.
West Virginia's game with the Wildcats will get underway at noon and will be televised by MSN on WBOY TV 12 in Clarksburg and on Charter Communications Charter Channel 22.
