Women's Basketball: McGee Out for Season

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Ramika McGee, a junior member of the West Virginia University women's basketball team, will miss the 2002-03 season after undergoing successful surgery to repair a torn ACL in her left knee this week. The 6-2 forward/center will take a medical redshirt this season.

McGee, a Chattanooga, Tenn., native, played at Okaloosa-Walton Community College in Niceville, Fla., last season, averaging 10.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per game for the Lady Raiders.
