Football: Pitt Game on ABC

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- The West Virginia-Pitt football game on Saturday, Nov. 30, will be televised by ABC, it was announced today. The game at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh will have a 1 p.m. kickoff.
West Virginia is coming off a 21-18 upset victory at Virginia Tech on Wednesday and will face Pitt with an 8-3 overall record. The No. 19-ranked Panthers lost a close 28-21 decision at No. 1-ranked Miami yesterday and also takes an 8-3 record into the contest.
The winner of the game will finish the season second in the conference and could determine the Big East's representative for the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville, Fla.
WVU has sold out of its allotment of tickets to the Pitt game.
