MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- Directions to Canaan Valley State Park in Davis, W.Va., site of the 2002 Mid-Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships:
Course Location: Canaan Valley State Park. Within the park off WV Route 32. At the golf course adjacent to Canaan Lodge.
From Baltimore MD: Take Rt. 70W to 40W at Hancock, MD. Follow Rt. 40 and 4SW (Combined) to 220E at Cumberland, MD to Rt. 50W at New Creek, WV to Junction of Rt. 93 to Davis, WV then Rt. 32S to Canaan Valley Resort.
From Washington, DC/Northern VA: Take I-66W to Rt. 55W at Strasburg, VA. Follow Rt. 55W to Rt. 32N at Harman, WV to Canaan Valley Resort.
From Charleston, WV: Take I-79N to Rt. 33E at Weston, WV. Follow 33E through Elkins, WV to Harman, WV. At Harman, follow Rt. 32N to Canaan Valley Resort.
From Roanoke, VA: Take I-81N to Harrisonburg, VA. At Harrisonburg, take 33W to Harman, WV. At Harman, follow Rt. 32N to Canaan Valley Resort.
From Richmond, VA: Take 64W to I-81N at Harrisonburg, VA. At Harrisonburg, take 33W to Harman, WV. At Harman, follow Rt. 32N to Canaan Valley Resort.
