Donation Requests
This form, when signed by the promotional agency involved and approved by the Athletic Department, allows athletics staff members or West Virginia University to provide ticket donations for institutional, charitable or other educational agencies events.
We are unable to fulfill any gear or memorabilia requests. Pre-autographed footballs and basketballs can be purchased for $60 here. Autographed memorabilia is only available for delivery within the contiguous United States.
All requests must be made 30 days prior to the event date. If your donation request is associated with raising funds to pay for medical expenses, you must be prepared to show proof of a bona fide trust fund that will be used to collect and disperse funds for medical expenses.
