Football: GameDay Coming to Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – ESPN has announced that ESPN College GameDay is coming to Morgantown for its weekly show this Saturday, Sept. 24, site of the 8 p.m., LSU vs. West Virginia ABC Primetime game.
"We look forward to welcoming GameDay to Morgantown," says coach Dana Holgorsen. "I know our fans will turn out and show their strong passion for West Virginia football. It will be an exciting day on campus and for our football program."
This marks the first time in the 25-year history of GameDay that it is heading to Morgantown, and the first time West Virginia is involved in a game that the show is featuring. The actual location of the GameDay set will be released this week.
GameDay, which breaks down the big games and matchups to watch out for that day, is hosted by Chris Fowler with Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Lee Corso, Erin Andrews and David Pollack. The show starts at 9 a.m. on ESPNU and then continues from 10 a.m. - noon on ESPN.
