- Against Villanova, Schauer competed in the 200 fly (5th – 1:58.74), the 200 back (2:04.49) and with the 200 medley relay (6th – 1:38.12)
- Appeared in three finals at the WVU Invitational, including the A final of the 200 fly (7th – 1:51.60), the C final of the 100 fly (51.28) and the D final of the 200 IM (1:58.29)
- Against PSU, he finished seventh in the 200 fly with a time of 1:56.86
- Took second in the 200 fly at the WV State Games, with a time of 1:56.07; additionally, he competed in the 100 fly (7th – 52.78), the 200 IM (11th – 2:02.57) and the 200 free (1:49.89)
- Was a member of the 200 medley relay (4th – 1:37.21) and the 400 medley relay (3rd – 3:32.90) at State Games
